The brief was to create an engaging infographic to promote Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. Through this product, Microsoft is enabling businesses of all sizes to intelligently transform fragmented customer data into actionable insights using AI to empower true personalised engagements. The idea was to illustrate how Dynamics 365 Customer Insights allows businesses to envision a 360° view of a customer, which would then enable them to personalise customer engagement even further
