GV Ride is a bold, homegrown e-hailing startup from Malaysia with the ambition to stand apart in an increasingly saturated category. Rather than competing on volume or shouting for attention, the brand set out to redefine what e-hailing could mean for Malaysians—how a ride could feel, how a service could behave, and how a brand could be talked about, shared, and remembered. Not by being louder, but by being more thoughtful, more relatable, and more deeply human. This led us to create “Ride with Heart” (Ride Dengan Sepenuh Hati) — a platform that functions as both a campaign and a brand promise. It articulates GV Ride’s belief in going beyond the transactional journey from Point A to Point B. “Ride with Heart” reflects a commitment to move with intention, empathy, and authenticity — values rooted in Malaysian culture. “Ride” speaks to the brand’s dependable, everyday service. “Heart” brings the warmth, kindness, and local soul that sets GV Ride apart.
